Payment

We accept all major credit/debit cards and cash (in salon). A non-refundable deposit (50 %) is required for all appointments; it is applied to your final balance.

New Clients

Please select a service under the “New Client” tab. Incorrectly booked appointments will be cancelled. Deposits are transferable once if you reschedule ≥ 48 hrs in advance.

Late Arrivals

15-minute grace period. After 20 min a late fee may apply; at 30 min the appointment may be cancelled and billed as a same-day cancellation.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Be mindful of your appointment. If you do not cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment you WILL be charged at least 50% of your service cost. These charges are non refundable and non transferable to future services. Time is money, spend yours wisely!

  • Free up to 48 hrs prior.
  • Less than 48 hrs = 50 % charge.
  • Same-day or no-show = 100 % charge.

Refunds

All deposits are non-refundable. They may be transferred within the 48 hour rescheduling window above.

Squeeze-In Appointments

Need a Sunday, Monday, or late-night slot? A $75 squeeze-in fee + 50% service deposit secures sessions outside standard hours.

New Clients, Colour, & Extension Services

A separate consultation is mandatory before booking as a first time client, a client seeking colour, or extension work. No heat tools, high-lift bleach, or relaxers are used—we’re 100 % natural-texture-only.

Prep Steps

  • Arrive on time, ready to get your crown readjusted.
  • No need to pre-wash—all services come with a signature FTR shampoo experience.
  • Remove all accessories (rubber bands, shells, string) unless they’re permanent parts of your locks.
